All our items listed on our e-store are stocked and we monitor inventory levels and update our e-site constantly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item, you will be contacted immediately and be informed of the potential delay. At this stage we would always offer you the option to revise or cancel your order with provisions of a full immediate refund.
3) What payment options do you accept?
We accept online payment via Visa and Master credit/debit cards issued by banks as well as Paypal. All overseas customers must pay with a PayPal account. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply.If you do not wish to pay online, kindly send us an email at contactus@okamotoglobal.com and we will assist you.

5) How to apply discount code upon checkout?
Discount code can be applied on the checkout page. Look for this field to enter a discount code.
However if you have promotional items in your cart, usage of discount code will mean you forgo the promotion. If you have such intention, please ensure you tick the checkbox “I choose to use a discount code and forgo this promotion.” at the cart level. Once you reach checkout page, you will be able to enter a discount code.
Please note that discount code is not applicable with e-store promotions, sale items & bundle packs.
