Placing Orders

  1. How do I place an order?
    • You must first register a customer account. If you do not have one, simply register here and you may start shopping. Registration is free and instant. After registration, you can use discount code 1STOKAMOTO and enjoy a 15% discount off your first order. The discount code is limited to one-time use and only applies on your first order.
    • If you already have an account, you can log in here and start shopping.
  2. What are the conditions of using discount codes?
    • All discount codes are not applicable with ongoing promotions, seasonal items and bundles. If you choose to use a discount code, you are choosing to forgo whatever promotions the estore may be running at that time. Only 1 discount code can be used at each time. To apply a discount code, please ensure you check this box in your cart.

Shipping

  1. What are the shipping rates and duration?
    • For Singapore orders, free shipping is entitled with a minimum spend of SGD15 nett. Otherwise, shipping fee is charged at SGD$5. Delivery typically takes not more than 7 working days. Expedited delivery and/or fixed delivery timeslot are chargeable at a fee.
    • For overseas orders, shipping rates are calculated and reflected at checkout. Any applicable taxes and duties are to be borne by customers. Shipping duration is dependent on the shipping option you choose and is reflected upon checkout.
    • While we try our best to ensure your order is shipped out in a timely manner, this is however subjected to unforeseen circumstances that may occur at the delivery companies/couriers like loss or damage of parcel and delivery congestion. Customers are also advised to provide accurate contact details and addresses when placing order. Delivery may be delayed if inaccuracies are found or insufficient details are provided. We will not be liable for such delays.
  2. Custom Taxes, Duties & Permit
    • The shipping rate does not include any applicable taxes and duties by customs in the country where you want the order to be delivered. Your order may be eligible for import taxes. You may also be required to hold a permit to import these goods. It is your responsibility as a customer to check with your local customs authorities on the import regulations prior to placing your order. If such required permit, taxes, duties or any required documentations are not provided upon request, thus resulting in unsuccessful shipping, Okamoto has the full rights to deny any request for refund.

Refund & Exchange

  1. I receive a wrong product or a faulty product. Can I arrange an exchange?
    • Yes we allow exchanges.
  2. Can I cancel my order or ask for a refund?
    • We do not allow cancellation or refund if the reason is a change of mind from customer or a failed delivery after multiple attempts proven by delivery company. For other reasons, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
