Placing Orders 

1) How do I place an order? 

  • You must first register yourself a customer account. If you do not have one, simply register here and you may start shopping. Registration is free and instant. If you already have a customer account, you can log in here and start shopping.
  • Select your choice of condom and pack size to add to your Shopping Cart.
  • Go to View Cart and view and/or modify your order before check out.
  • When you are ready with your order, click on check out.
  • Choose your shipping preference and then be directed to our secure server to enter your credit card details.
  • You will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email and your order will be shipped out within the next 3 - 4 working days.
  • Please ensure to add our email address to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any e-mail confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated e-mails to be wrongly directed there.

 

2) Might the product I order be out of stock?

All our items listed on our e-store are stocked and we monitor inventory levels and update our e-site constantly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item, you will be contacted immediately and be informed of the potential delay. At this stage we would always offer you the option to revise or cancel your order with provisions of a full immediate refund.

  

3) What payment options do you accept?

We accept online payment via Visa and Master credit/debit cards issued by banks as well as Paypal. All overseas customers must pay with a PayPal account. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply.If you do not wish to pay online, kindly send us an email at contactus@okamotoglobal.com and we will assist you.

 

 4) Is your online payment secure? 

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private. Please see our Privacy Policy page for more information on how we manage other information.

 

5) How to apply discount code upon checkout? 

Discount code can be applied on the checkout page. Look for this field to enter a discount code.

However if you have promotional items in your cart, usage of discount code will mean you forgo the promotion. If you have such intention, please ensure you tick the checkbox “I choose to use a discount code and forgo this promotion.” at the cart level. Once you reach checkout page, you will be able to enter a discount code.

Please note that discount code is not applicable with e-store promotions, sale items & bundle packs.

 

Shipping 

1) Shipping rates 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free delivery available and reflected in shipping rate calculations when you order above certain value of product.
  • Select your choice of condom and pack size to add to your Shopping Cart.

 

2) Custom taxes & permit

Please note the shipping rate does not include any applicable taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. Your order may be eligible for import taxes. You may also be required to hold a permit to import these goods. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs authorities on the import regulations prior to placing orders. If the required permit, taxes, duties and any required documentations are not provided, Okamoto will not entertain any request for refund.

 4) How long will my order take to reach me? 

  • The duration of time taken for your order to reach you is reflected when you choose your shipping option at checkout.
  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage caused by delivery carrier/couriers/shippers. We have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

5) How is my order being wrapped? 

All orders will be shipped in discreet unmarked envelopes with no branding or product indication on the exterior of the parcel, thus ensuring that the content in each parcel will not be made known to anyone else, unless someone is not the intended recipient opens the parcel intentionally.
