How to Redeem

Whatsapp a picture of your original receipt to 9037 7583, and include your full name, email and contact no. Redemption closes on 4th December 2019. Successful participants will be contacted via email and/or Whatsapp for prize collection.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This contest is applicable on purchases from selected Guardian stores in Singapore, made between 7 November 2019 and 4 December 2019 (both dates inclusive) with a minimum $30 spend on any Okamoto products, including at least 1 pack of Okamoto 001 condoms.
2. Limited to 10 winners only.
3. The contestant must submit all mandatory particulars and an eligible Guardian receipt. An incomplete submission will be disqualified. Duplicate entries will not be considered.
4. On successful selection, contestants will be notified by 9th December 2019 via email and/or Whatsapp. In the event the contestant is uncontactable or the entrant’s submission is found to be non-compliant with any of the Terms and Conditions listed, Okamoto Singapore reserves the right to pick another contestant.
5. By participating in this contest, all contestants would have given consent to Okamoto Singapore to use their data for the sole purpose of contacting contestants for the prize redemption. All personal data will be held strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without consent. This also does not constitute to having signed up for any mailing list.
6. All matters and disputes arising out of or in connection with the redemption and/or under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the decision of Okamoto Singapore, and the said decision made shall be final and binding on all parties.
7. Okamoto Singapore reserves the right at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion to substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason there-for and without any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu thereof.
8. The last day for prize redemption is on 31 December 2019. Thereafter, unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited without any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu thereof.
